Pre-Order Policy
Before placing a Pre-Order, please READ...
When placing an order that includes a Pre-Order or Back-Order item through Beach House Cards, please be aware that all items in your cart will ship together once the pre-order or back-order item becomes available. For example, if a pre-order item is scheduled to ship in one month, the entire order—including any in-stock items—will be held and shipped at that time.
If you would like in-stock items to be shipped immediately, we kindly ask that you place them in a separate order during checkout. We are unable to fulfill or cancel parts of an order individually; partial fulfillment or partial cancellations are not permitted.
Payment & Cancellation Terms
Payment for Pre-Order and Back-Order items is processed immediately at the time of purchase, whether paid via credit/debit card or PayPal.
If you choose to cancel a pre-order or back-order before it ships, please note that cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee is deducted from your refund amount and covers non-refundable transaction fees imposed by our payment processors at the time of the original purchase.
